Swiftie 1: 25+ MPH average Swiftie 2: 20+ MPH average Pacer 1: 18-22 MPH average Pacer 2: 17-18 MPH average, but some hills Pacer 3: 15-17 MPH average Pacer 4: 12-14 MPH average, but fun Cruisers: 8-10 MPH average, relaxed All the groups start together and finish together at the same restaurant, taking different routes along the way.
